Wayne Arnold Sr.

CEO & President

Wayne Arnold Sr. is the Founder and CEO of Arnion Financial, he brings 17 years of Financial Services and Leadership experience.

Wayne believes that financial education and retirement planning are not only a fundamental part of the family financial cornerstone but are also the building blocks of our family values, goals, and financial prosperity.

In addition to strategically building Arnion Financial, he runs a leadership program that empowers young and inspire entrepreneurs who he works one-on-one to empower, equip, and develop their leadership consciousness.

He enjoys family time, church time, and a lover of sports. He knows working hard is important but playing hard is equally important. His agency embodies these values and works with excellence to serve the Arnion Financial family of clients with the highest level of integrity, care, and patience.

His passion for financial education is his life work to empower his clients to grow their money, leverage their wealth, and to enjoy a happy retirement.

George E. Washington Jr.

Chief Business Officer

George E. Washington Jr. has been in finances and public service his entire career. He has an extensive background in many aspects of Finance. He owns his Tax company and serves as a Management Consultant for a Software company in San Diego.

Mr. Washington has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from California State University - San Bernardino and brings an extensive experience in Finance.

George is a current member of the U.S Army National Guard and serves every Sunday at his Church as a sound engineer. His Servant Leadership and dedication to his community, speak for itself.

After leaving his Private Client Advisor role with a major bank, he decided to join Arnion Financial.

George has been helping families, business owners, and the affluent with financial planning over 10 years. He is a major part of Arnion Financial development and growth. His passion to serve our entrepreneurs, our clients, and our CEO Wayne Arnold Sr. has been at the highest level of excellence.
