Arnion Financial does not control your wireless carrier's charges. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages from Arnion Financial at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply:

Other Opt-Out Requests

You may also request that Arnion Financial stop sending text messages by contacting us at [email protected]. When submitting an opt-out request outside of SMS, please provide enough information for us to identify the mobile telephone number associated with your request. We will process valid opt-out requests as reasonably required.

Changing Your Mobile Number

Arnion Financial does not sell, rent, or trade mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through Arnion Financial's SMS program will not be provided to unrelated third parties for their own marketing campaigns.

SMS Consent Information

SMS opt-in information and consent records are treated as confidential business records. Arnion Financial does not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. This includes:

• Opt-in status
• Messaging preferences

Information may be provided to technology, telecommunications, CRM, hosting, messaging, compliance, or other service providers when necessary to operate and deliver Arnion Financial's communications. Those disclosures are made for operational purposes and not to permit those providers to independently market their own products or services to you.

Messaging Availability

Arnion Financial may modify its SMS program, temporarily suspend messaging, discontinue certain message categories, or change messaging providers or telephone numbers used for messaging, at any time. We may also stop sending messages to a number if we believe:
